Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Snapn, Inc.'s websites, browser extension, and applications (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not:

• Capture or share content you do not have the right to use.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
• Use the Services to violate the privacy or rights of others.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the guides and content you create ("Customer Content"). You grant Snapn a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring Customer Content complies with applicable law and for reviewing guides before sharing them.

5. Plans, billing, and trials

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.

We may change pricing with notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep the Services available and publish live status at our status page. Enterprise plans may include a contractual service-level agreement (SLA).

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Snapn's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
